Born in 1965 in Erzurum, Çırpıcı graduated from Mimar Sinan University Faculty of Architecture in 1989 and has worked in Prof. Utarit İzgi's Architectural Office between 1983-87. He founded ZOOM/TPU with Atilla Kuzu in 1994. In 2001 nominated prestigious Aga Han Architecture Awards with Figen-Servet Yazıcı House project. Between 2009-2011 became finalist in WAF awards with Maslak Acıbadem Hospital and Liv Ulus Hospital projects. In years 2010, 2011 and 2015 awarded first place by Yapı-Turkeybuild with his fair stand projects. He still works on domestic and foreign projects in healthcare, residential, retail, office, congress center, hotel and other various categories. As well as he works as an educator in Mimar Sinan University Design Studios, oftenly joins workshops of various universities, invites as speaker and still continue his sociology licence education in İstanbul University.
